TRIBUTE TO THE INGA TRIBE
José Jojoa - indigenous shaman
The Inga people, descendants of the ancient Inca civilization, live in the region of Putumayo, Colombia. They are known for their deep connection to traditional plant medicine, especially the sacred purgas they share with so much care and responsibility. Their community is richly known for their native Andean music, craftsmanship and the wisdom kept from conserving their tradition across generations.
We are deeply grateful to share in their ancestral medicine and welcome seekers from many lands into this sacred circle of healing, as a way of remembering what it means to belong, to care for one another and to live wholeheartedly. Ajo!
